DoJob ("we", "our", or "the app") is a mobile application that connects clients to service providers. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our app, available for Android and iOS devices.

When you close your account (in-app or via a support request), we may keep, for up to 90 (ninety) days from the deletion date, a restricted technical record containing only identifiers needed to operate the platform safely, such as: a prior technical account identifier, the email used for registration, phone numbers linked to the profile (client and/or provider, if present), and the name associated with the profile.

Purposes include fraud and abuse prevention, support for reports and internal investigations, compliance with legal obligations, and responses to legitimate authority requests when applicable. Access to these records is restricted and is not the same as any commercial use of your profile in the app.

After the 90-day period, these records are automatically deleted, unless a different retention period is required by law or a competent order.
